The forces behind Cardinal Hill Developments are Bob MacLeod and James Kazoleas. They have teamed up to form this expanding company and with their combined skills & experience plan to create a truly inviting neighbourhood to reside in.

Bob, an experienced construction expert, is responsible for the project design, development and building of the town homes. Bob has extensive general contracting experience, owning and operating a construction company for over 18 years. He also received a Gold Seal Certificate from the Canadian Construction Association for Project Management. Attention for detail and quality has made Bob the expert he is today.

James is responsible for managing the projects administration including all aspects of sales, legals, accounting, purchasing and financing. James, a prosperous business owner for the past 12 years, has also been involved in various commercial and residential developments. As a homeowner himself, he believes not only in building a quality home but creating a vision for the future where families can reside in for years to come.
